Enrollment Packet
Enrollment packet items are available for you to print out. (They must be filled out after printing.) If you are unable to print them, call the school to have them sent to you.
Checklist
Before you mail or deliver your enrollment packet to the school, please make sure you have included all of the following items:
1. Request for Enrollment
2. Consent for Emergency Treatment
3. Getting to Know Your Child
4. Tuition Agreement Contract
5. Deposit for your child's session (9:00-1:00 = $215; 9:00-12:00 = $190)
6. Post dated checks for August and September tuition (9:00-1:00 = $430 per month; 9:00-12:00 = $380 per month)
After your completed packet has arrived, you will be contacted to schedule a time, prior to the first regular day of school,for your child's orientation.
